How fast can you attend an emergency?
In Muscat and the surrounding area our target is same-day attendance, with the rest of the Sultanate by arrangement; the 24/7 line (+968 9899 9968) is answered directly, not by a call center.
Which areas do you cover?
Based in Muscat — daily coverage across Muscat and the surrounding area, and attendance across Oman by arrangement.
How do I get a quote?
Use the Request a Quote form, WhatsApp, or email. Describe the equipment and the problem — photos and nameplate details speed everything up. Written quotes state scope, parts and time.
Do you work on vessels at anchorage?
Yes — attendance alongside or at anchorage is core work for us, at ports across the Sultanate.
Do you supply spare parts without a repair job?
Yes. Parts trading is a standalone service — send a part number or nameplate photo and we quote availability and price.
What is an AMC and why would I need one?
An Annual Maintenance Contract puts your machinery on scheduled preventive care with guaranteed response times and parts discounts — replacing surprise breakdowns with planned uptime. Three tiers are described on the Maintenance Contracts page.
Are you a registered Omani company?
Yes — Giant Engines LLC, CR No. 1621630, based in Muscat, and registered with Riyada (SMEs Development Authority). Local spend with us supports In-Country Value requirements.
In which languages do you work?
Arabic and English — communication, quotes and service reports in whichever your operation needs, or both.
